I've had an excellent experience with the company. My experiecnce with the employees was great, they explained everything I needed to know.

There were no incidents with the transportation, the system arrived in perfect condition. The packing was well done, the unit was very well protected in two separate boxes, each object was isolated and did not move. All manuals and connectors were in the package, including those that came with the original boxed products they purchased to assemble the unit custom.

I have no complaints so far with the system. This system is truly blazing fast.

I ordered a machine from Alienware but I was a little worried after reading all the horror stories about it. I thought i had made a mistake. I received the system from FedEx 10 days after placing the order, 2 days before the estimated ship date.

The system runs beautifully. Also, Customer Support were very quick and I got all the help I needed. I'm glad i went with Alienware.

I've purchased an aurora m9700 and it's working great! I got excellent service and I received the package earlier than expected. The value is best in comparison to other manufacturers. The only thing I see as a problem is that the proc is AMD single core and the maximum speed of RAM it accepts is PC3200@400mhz. Everything else is working fine. And anoother thing I found a little annoying, customer service by email is a bit slow.
